Rite of Passage for Young Men

A 4-week one on one journey for ages 15 to 21

This rite of passage is a guided path for young men to step into grounded confidence, self respect, and purpose. We move the body, we breathe, we listen, we tell the truth, we honor our lineage. Over four weeks we meet one on one for ninety minutes each session. The journey culminates in a temazcal that invites loved ones to witness and celebrate the shift.

About the facilitator

I am a former elite sprinter who turned movement into a path of service and transformation. As a national champion for Mexico in 1994 and 1995, Pan American medalist, Ibero-American medalist, and Olympic qualifier, I learned the true meaning of focus, discipline, and humility. I also held the 100m and 200m records at California State University, Long Beach, where I earned my degree and represented my country internationally.

Over the years, I have coached and mentored athletes of all levels—from high school to professionals and Olympians—helping them unlock speed, power, and purpose. Today I integrate my athletic background with breathwork, mindset, and ancestral wisdom to guide young men to ground in their bodies, open their hearts, and carry themselves with clarity and strength.
