Join us for a powerful Men’s Temazcal Ceremony.

Rooted in ancestral Mesoamerican wisdom, this ceremony honors the traditional spirit of the Temazcal while being shared through my own experience, ancestry, and path of service.

The Temazcal is a sacred purification ceremony held inside a dome shaped structure that represents the womb of Mother Earth. Volcanic stones known as abuelitas are heated in the fire until red hot and then brought into the space where water and herbs are poured over them to create intense heat and steam.

Through the heat, darkness, breath, prayer, song, and presence, the Temazcal becomes a space for physical detoxification, emotional release, mental clarity, grounding, and spiritual reconnection.

This Men’s Temazcal is an opportunity to disconnect from distraction and reconnect with yourself, your truth, your body, your spirit, and the strength of brotherhood.
