A powerful, private, and fully customized sweat-lodge experience—crafted to align your team’s vision, deepen trust, and ignite collective momentum.
Why a Private Temazcal?
A temazcal (traditional sweat-lodge) is an ancient ceremony of heat, breath, prayer, and renewal. As a team-building experience, it becomes a living crucible where groups release stress, strengthen trust, and reconnect to a shared purpose. Inside the lodge, titles dissolve and authentic human connection leads. What emerges is clarity, unity, and a renewed commitment to the path ahead.
- Unify around a shared vision: set intentions together and align on what truly matters.
- Strengthen trust & communication: leave with deeper respect and real connection.
- Release stress & reset energy: shake off what’s heavy, come out clear and focused.
- Ignite courage & accountability: step forward with personal and collective commitment.
Private & Catered to Your Team
Every private temazcal is exclusively for your group and is custom-designed around your culture and goals. We’ll co-create the arc of the ceremony so it speaks directly to your team’s evolution.
- Custom intention-setting: vision, values, and outcomes clarified before we enter.
- Tailored facilitation: language, music, pacing, and reflection to match your group dynamic.
- Integration: practical takeaways and next steps so insights become action back at work/field.

Facilitator
Armando Hart carries the lineage of the Mexica tradition and the sacred fire of the temazcal. His wisdom has been earned through lived experience, cultural roots, and personal connection rather than titles. For over two decades, he has guided individuals and groups through practices of renewal, transformation, and expansion.
Armando’s path began as a world-class sprinter — two-time National Champion for Mexico (1994 & 1995), Pan American Games medalist, Ibero-American Games medalist, and former school record holder in the 100m and 200m at California State University, Long Beach. As an Olympic qualifier and elite performance coach, he brings the discipline, resilience, and mindset of high-level sport into every space he leads.
Beyond athletics, Armando is the author of The Hart Method, a former high school teacher in LBUSD and GGUSD, and a mentor who has worked with athletes, students, and communities at every level. His facilitation integrates breathwork, sound therapy, conscious movement, and mindset training — all anchored in presence, authenticity, and deep respect for tradition.
He does not call himself a shaman or a healer. Instead, Armando shows up as a man who has walked through fire, carried lessons from his culture and his life, and dedicated himself to creating safe, sacred, and transformative spaces. In every temazcal, he invites participants to let go, reconnect, and rise together with clarity, strength, and unity.
