Life in Motion Online: Teen Boys Mentorship Program
Teen boys today are searching for guidance, purpose, and belonging. Life in Motion Online is a mentorship program designed to help young men (ages 15–19) grow into confident, disciplined, and grounded individuals who are prepared for life’s challenges.
Through weekly 1-hour online sessions, boys will:
- Develop confidence and self-belief through mentorship and group connection.
- Learn practical tools for discipline, focus, and emotional resilience.
- Explore the Life in Motion principles — grounding, presence, integrity, freedom, and inspired action.
- Build brotherhood with peers who are also committed to growth.
- Receive weekly challenges and accountability to apply lessons in daily life.
About Your Mentor
Armando Hart is a world-class sprinter, two-time National Champion for Mexico (1994 and 1995), and a medalist at both the Pan American Games and the Ibero-American Games. He is also a former school record holder in the 100m and 200m at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Armando is the author of The Hart Method, an elite performance coach, and a mentor who has guided youth and adults for over 20 years. Beyond his athletic career, he has been a dedicated high school teacher with experience in the Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) and Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD). He brings the wisdom of education, the discipline of sport, and the heart of mentorship to help young men find direction, confidence, and purpose.
This program is for all teen boys — not just athletes. It is for any young man who is searching for guidance, clarity, and connection. The goal is to give them tools to succeed not only in school or sports, but in life.
