About the Coach
I’m Armando Hart. I’m a coach, mentor, and former elite athlete. I was an Olympic qualifier in 1996 and have spent decades studying and teaching movement and performance at high levels.
I was honored to work with Misty May-Treanor and be part of her Olympic gold medal team in 2012. Over the years, I’ve also trained MLB players, professional volleyball players, professional soccer players, and athletes across many disciplines, including basketball.
My specialty is speed, power, and mindset through the foundation of movement. When athletes understand how to move efficiently and powerfully, they gain awareness and confidence that carries into every area of life.

Final Note
This program is built on the foundations of speed, power, and movement efficiency. Athletes learn how to move with intention, coordination, and control so they can produce force effectively and carry momentum forward in their sport.
As athletes develop awareness in their movement, they naturally build confidence and self-trust. Responsibility, integrity, and accountability become part of the process as a result of understanding how they show up in training and in life.
When the body moves well, the rest follows. If this work resonates, I’d be honored to work with your athlete.
