A Spring Rebirth for the Temazcal and for all who feel called to enter.
You are invited into a sacred Temazcal Ceremony, a traditional Mesoamerican purification and rebirth practice. This is a space to release what no longer serves you, shed old layers, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your truth.
We gather around the fire as brothers and sisters, setting intentions and grounding into the elements. From there, we enter the womb of the Temazcal, where heated stones and herbal steam guide us through rounds of prayer, breath, and reflection.
No experience is necessary. Come as you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The Temazcal is a womb-like space symbolizing rebirth. Through heat, steam, breath, and intention, you are invited into physical cleansing, emotional release, and mental clarity.
You may leave early if needed, but must remain in ceremonial space by the fire until the group is complete.
